*Since no two cuts of beef are alike and they vary in weight we require a deposit of $8.00 to Reserve your Steak.  After the steaks are cut we will be able to determine the balance due. 

Balance will be due at pick up.   

Steaks are Reserved on a first come first serve basis.  If for some reason we sell out before we can adjust our inventory, we will contact you and give your first dibs on another prime beef cut that is similar. 

The finest top sirloins you’ll have the pleasure of tasting. Perfect for large gatherings, or a fast family kid-friendly meal. This is the filet of sirloin and is naturally lean, boneless, and incredibly tasty. We hand carve these steaks into tender baseball cuts.

The Cut: This cut is a naturally lean steak, the sirloin is cut from the primal loin or subprimal sirloin. This is an area that gets more exercise which is why the sirloin tends to be lean. The sirloin is actually divided into several types of steak, the top sirloin is the most prized of them. 

 

USDA Inspected. Prime 100% Grass-fed and 100% Grass-finished. Angus X.  21-28 days Dry-Aged.

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and protect meat from freezer burn. Keep frozen until ready to use – can be frozen for up to 18 months. Product Andrade’s Slaughterhouse and Cattle Co. Kaua’i, Hawaii, USA.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

So soft

We picked up some Top Sirloin (because that's all they had left!), was hoping for some ribeye or filet - anyways, Got home put it in our air fryer. And WOW! It was so soft! I thought Top sirloin was a tougher meat.. So good! I will get it again, and Remember to Reserve other steaks a head of time!

Melted like butter and tasted like heaven.

Best steak I've ever had, I know ppl say that, but I really mean it! The Sirloin melted like butter and tasted like heaven, grass fed kauai beef ain't no joke, it's the real deal,. If you want an affordable taste of high end organically raised beef, I suggest you get yourself some "Ranchers Daughters Reserve" beef, I'm glad I did,.

Wow. The Top Sirloin is taaaasty. Worth every penny. An amazing meal. We bought this at the Poipu Farmer's Market and grilled it. Tender, great flavor
