Whether you’re looking to make a  lasting impression serving those special people in your life or simply to treat yourself, our prime rib steaks are truly a cut above. 3, 4, and 5 bone-in prime rib roast are available upon request. We recommend reserving your beef early because these go quick!

This cut was popularized by Delmonico’s restaurant in NYC in the mid-19th century. This is our bone-in ribeye steak with the cap on, also known as the big end of the ribeye. This is a fantastic prime rib steak. It consists of high-quality meat with plenty of marbling!

 

USDA Inspected. Prime 100% Grass-fed and 100% Grass-finished. Angus X.  21-28 days Dry-Aged.

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

Best ever

We reserved a Prime Rib for Christmas dinner. It was the Best I ever ate.

Hands down, this was some of the best meat we have ever enjoyed!

It was fun to meet Sharleen at the Farmer's Market in Poipu yesterday and we purchased rib eye for a special birthday dinner for my husband. Hands down, this was some of the best meat we have ever enjoyed. I wish these folks continued success and highly recommended this organic, grass fed beef.

Better than any steak you will get at any restaurant.

Everytime we are in Kaua'i we stop by the Kaua'i Culinary Market to buy some steaks to grill from the Rancher's Daughter! Our favorite is the filet followed by the ribeye. These steaks are perfection! Better then steak you will get at any restaurant on the island at half the price!
