The Flat Iron is a cut that is extremely tender and well-marbled. Beef connoisseurs say it’s the second most tender cut next to the Filet Mignon. It is flavorful and is awesome when it is  grilled. This quality cut of meat is lean and more affordable so it makes a great weeknight dinner! 

The Cut: The Flat Iron is a cut of steak with grain from the shoulder of the animal. The blade is generally  lean but doesn’t have connective tissue so it’s a very tender and flavorful steak!

USDA Inspected. Prime 100% Grass-fed and 100% Grass-finished. Angus X. 21-28 days Dry-Aged.

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.
