*Since no two cuts of beef are alike and they vary in weight we require a deposit of $10.00 to Reserve your Steak.  After the steaks are cut we will be able to determine the balance due. 

Balance will be due at pick up.   

Steaks are Reserved on a first come first serve basis.  If for some reason we sell out before we can adjust our inventory, we will contact you and give your first dibs on another prime beef cut that is similar. 

Bone In Ribeye, the gentlemen's cut.  You will savor the flavor. The ribeye is a crowd favorite with intense marbling and rich flavor. This cut of meat is delicious! It’s tender, juicy, and very flavorful, with the perfect balance of fat.

The Cut: Rib-eye steaks, one of the most common and best types of steak, come from the beef rib primal cut.

Basic Info: USDA Inspected. Prime 100% Grass-fed and 100% Grass-finished. Angus X.  21-28 days Dry-Aged. 

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and protect meat from freezer burn. Keep frozen until ready to use – can be frozen for up to 18 months. Product Andrade’s Slaughterhouse and Cattle Co. Kaua’i, Hawaii, USA.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

Second-to-none.

I thought I had experienced everything terrific about Kauai over the past 20 years but last week discovered Sharleen and her fresh beef booth at the farmer's market in Poipu. I purchased a bone-in ribeye and after grilling it, I have to admit that it was the most delicious steak I've ever enjoyed. The marbling and quality was second-to-none. While Sharleen is terrific marketing her products, the beef really speaks for itself. Well worth the investment. Enjoying her steak makes an enjoyable island even more enchanting.

Excellent Steaks.

My wife and I wanted to get some local grass-fed beef before we left Kauai, so I reached out to Sharleen via her website and was able to quickly coordinate a pickup for 2 excellent steaks, a ribeye and a New York strip. A big plus was Sharleen being able to take credit card payment via her phone. Super convenient. And holy moly, these were some happy cows. The beef was tender, buttery, and they grilled up perfectly on the gas grill at our rental house. Some the best beef I've ever had! Will definitely look her up again next time we come to Kauai.

Best meal on Kauai.

Highly recommend! The beef was delicious and good price for the quality. (So good that we simply grilled at our timeshare and served w/ easy salad.) The owner Sharleen is amazing and went out of her way to help us out. We couldn't make it to the farmer's market on time and she was very kind to set some aside for us with one of the shop owners. Great service and delicious steak - can't beat that!
