Balance will be due at pick up.
Steaks are Reserved on a first come first serve basis. If for some reason we sell out before we can adjust our inventory, we will contact you and give your first dibs on another prime beef cut that is similar.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days. All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.
