*Since no two cuts of beef are alike and they vary in weight we require a deposit of $10.00 to Reserve your Steak. After the steaks are cut we will be able to determine the balance due.
Balance will be due at pick up.
Steaks are Reserved on a first come first serve basis. If for some reason we sell out before we can adjust our inventory, we will contact you and give your first dibs on another prime beef cut that is similar.

The Cut:The Chuck Steak is cut from a large section of the shoulder area of the cow. The fat and gristle that make this cut of meat chewy also make it flavorful!

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days. All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.
