Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

Great local, clean, delicious beef.

Great local, clean, delicious beef. My 8 months old loves meat just like her parents. We also get the bones from Sharleen and they are so flavorful for broth and bone marrow- another of my baby's favorites. Sharleen is friendly and her meat is the highest quality. Find her on Wednesdays afternoons at the Kukui Ula farmers market in Poipu. Thanks for the great product.
