*Since no two cuts of beef are alike and they vary in weight we require a deposit of $20.00 to Reserve your Filets.  After they are cut we will be able to determine the balance due. 

Balance will be due at pick up.   

Steaks are Reserved on a first come first serve basis.  If for some reason we sell out before we can adjust our inventory, we will contact you and give your first dibs on another prime beef cut that is similar. 

Perfect for lavish entertaining or indulging your health-conscious tenderloin loving family! The filet mignon is an elegant steak with a fork-tender texture and mild flavor. It’s the steak that you choose for special occasions. A steak that’s designed to impress.

THE CUT: The filet mignon is cut from the tenderloin, which is part of the loin primal. The tenderloin itself runs through the short loin (which also includes the strip) and the sirloin (which includes the top sirloin) sections of the loin primal. This highly-prized cut of beef only represents 2-3% of the total animal. That’s why it’s so rare, and why it tends to be more expensive than other steaks.

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and protect meat from freezer burn. Keep frozen until ready to use – can be frozen for up to 18 months. Product Andrade’s Slaughterhouse and Cattle Co. Kaua’i, Hawaii, USA.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

A Marvelous Chateaubriand!

At a friend's suggestion that Sharleen had the best beef on island, we ordered beef bones and filets for the first time from Rancher's Daughter. What a beautiful and tasty selection! What superb value! We're delighted to have such a good source - direct!

I purchased Filet Mignon and Tri-Tip from Rancher's Daughter - AWESOME! I had friends over and we had the filets - you could cut the filets with a butter knife, they were that tender and tasty. I think Rancher's Daughter beef is the best on the island - at least from my perspective. I've bought from the commercial businesses, as well as local - and I must say I've been very impressed with the beef I've had from Rancher's Daughter. And the price is very reasonable given the EXCELLENT quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
