Each order consists of steak cuts as well as ground beef and stew meat. 

USDA Inspected. Prime 100% Grass-fed and 100% Grass-finished.

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Top Sirloin...... 2-3 Steaks ( Approx. 1 lb.)
Porterhouse...... 1 Steak (Approx. 1.25 lbs.)
T-Bone...... 1 Steak (Approx. 1 lb.)
New York Strips...... 1 Steak (Approx. 1 lb.)
Rib-Eye...... 3-4 Steaks (Approx. 3.5 lbs.)
Chuck...... 2-3 Steaks (Approx. 2.5 lbs.)

Steerburger...... 15 lbs.
Stew Meat...... 5 lbs.

If 15 lbs. of Steerburger is too much for your family, you may substitute with other options like Short Ribs (Kalbi Style), or Teriyaki Slices.

Note:  If a cut of steak is not available that week, you will get a similar cut of equal value.  For example if a Porterhouse Steak is not available, you will receive a T-bone Steak instead.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

The very best "grass fed beef"!

The very best "grass fed beef" we have ever eaten. My husband and I live in Central Texas, the heart of Cowboy Country! We own and operate our own beef cattle but we purchase our beef from Hawaii. We visited with the owners and family of Ranchers Daughter Reserve meats and love their unique operation so once a year and ship beef to our ranch. What a huge treat to have them send us their meat from Hawaii!

Sharleen's Beef is absolutely outstanding. I buy all my beef from her as well as extra for making our own sausage and making our own form of jerky.

If it's not the best grass fed beef I've had, it's right up there with the very best. Dry age for four weeks and perfectly marbled but still lean and just a phenomenally great taste.

I grew up on a farm farm, commercially farmed with beef and lamb and sold breeding stock. We also sold our own meat right from the farm.

I know meat very well and I highly recommend their product!

She is so easy to work with and very welcoming!
