*Since no two cuts of beef are alike and they vary in weight we require a deposit of $10.00 to Reserve your Steak.  After the steaks are cut we will be able to determine the balance due. 

Balance will be due at pick up.   

Steaks are Reserved on a first come first serve basis.  If for some reason we sell out before we can adjust our inventory, we will contact you and give your first dibs on another prime beef cut that is similar.

The Cut: Our Boned-In New York Strip Steak is a cut from the short loin. It is hugely popular and also known as the Kansas City Strip Steak, Contre Filet, Sirloin Steak, or Strip Loin Steak. 


USDA Inspected. Prime 100% Grass-fed and 100% Grass-finished. Angus X.  21-28 days Dry-Aged.

Naturally bred, and raised completely free-range foraging on Kauai's pristine tropical grass pastures. Beef respectfully raised without any hormones, stimulants, antibiotics, or GMO grains. Product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or partially thawed.

Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and protect meat from freezer burn. Keep frozen until ready to use – can be frozen for up to 18 months. Product Andrade’s Slaughterhouse and Cattle Co. Kaua’i, Hawaii, USA.

We hand cut your beef orders each Monday after the beef has been Dry-Aged for 28 days.  All orders will be packed for Shipping off-island, Local delivery, or Pick-up on Mondays.

I got a T bone instead of the NY strip I ordered.

I did order a NY strip, however I recieved a t-bone. It was still delicious but not what I ordered or paid for. I'm only giving it 3 stars because of the logistic mishap but flavor-wise everything I've tasted from Ranchers Daughters is FIVE STAR indeed.


We purchased some steaks at the Kukuiula Farmers Market in Poipu. And it was so delicious!! Went back for more the next week! Amazing!

Service with a smile and some of the best meat I've ever had! Sharleen is knowledgeable and friendly; we bought meat from her at the Kukuiula farmer's market. This grass fed and grass finished beef is incredible - juicy, tender, and full of flavor. We loved the New York strip so much that we bought it twice instead of trying any other cuts but I'm sure they're fabulous as well. A must if you're on Kauai!

Got a big strip steak of theirs at a farmer's market. Grilled up beautifully. All local, grassfed and aged beef. I was impressed. Would love to try more.

Quality Quality Quality

You get what you pay for and this is some good steak. Got the NY Strip ($20 per pound) and the sirloin ($16 per pound). Grilled them up on the hotel's gas grill with some veggies we bought at the farmers market and had a great meal!
