My wife and I frequently make beef broth for a healthy diet. We've tried several sources over the years and Rancher's Daughter is clearly the best. The bones are clean, packed full of meat and marrow, and so tasty. At Sharleen's suggestion, we roasted them first, coated with sun-dried tomato paste. Yield four quarts: The flavor! The taste! All superb! We're reordering next week when we get down to our last quart!
