Sharleen Andrade Balmores is the chief operating officer of Rancher's Daughter's Reserve Beef, and is "The Rancher's Daughter". Her family has been ranching on Kaua'i since the late 1800s. Today, with the help of her family and Dad particularly, she specializes in promoting, raising, identifying, and "Reserving" the best cattle and beef on the island. She brings generations of experience and expertise to the sustainable ranching industry that the company thrives in on Kaua'i. Her PRIME 100% Grass-fed, Dry-aged beef is second to none and only available at "Rancher's Daughter's Reserve."

Sharleen's Beef is absolutely outstanding. I buy all my beef from her as well as extra for making our own sausage and making our own form of jerky. If it's not the best grass fed beef I've had, it's right up there with the very best. Dry age for three weeks and perfectly marbled but still lean and just a phenomenally great taste. I grew up on a farm farm, commercially farmed with beef and lamb and sold breeding stock. We also sold our own meat right from the farm. I know meat very well and I highly recommend their product! She is so easy to work with and very welcoming! Go see her at the Kukui'ula farmers market And see why beef is the new kale!

Best beef in town, definitely a must try in Kauai. I used the beef at my restaurant (Timbers Kauai) and everyone loves it. The 21 days dry aged beef makes it specially since its the only one doing that in Kauai. Kudos the the rancher's daughter beef.

I recently purchased from Sharleen. Her steaks not only look so juicy and fresh, they taste amazing. I have ate lots of local beef and hers is the best on Kauai by far. She actually ages her beef too! She has all kinds of steaks. Rib Eyes, New Your Strip, Tenderloins just to name a few. Not only is her beef super good but she is fun and pretty, great energy to be around. Don't by Costco- support local. Ranchers Daughter Reserve gets 5 stars from me!

Best steak I've ever had, I know ppl say that, but I really mean it! The Sirloin melted like butter and tasted like heaven, grass fed kauai beef ain't no joke, it's the real deal,. If you want an affordable taste of high end organically raised beef, I suggest you get yourself some "Ranchers Daughters Reserve" beef, I'm glad I did,.

My wife and I wanted to get some local grass-fed beef before we left Kauai, so I reached out to Sharleen via her website and was able to quickly coordinate a pickup for 2 excellent steaks, a ribeye and a New York strip. A big plus was Sharleen being able to take credit card payment via her phone. Super convenient. And holy moly, these were some happy cows. The beef was tender, buttery, and they grilled up perfectly on the gas grill at our rental house. Some the best beef I've ever had! Will definitely look her up again next time we come to Kauai.
